This Privacy Policy explains what information PixelDrive (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website, dashboard and image-rendering API, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to pixeldrive.pro and the services offered through it.

  1. 01Information we collect

    We collect the following categories of information:

    • Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you register.
    • Billing data: plan, credit balance and transaction records. Card details are handled by our third-party payment processor and never stored on our servers.
    • Content you provide: templates you design and the data, images and assets you submit to be rendered.
    • Usage and API data: render requests, API token identifiers, timestamps, IP address, approximate location, user agent and aggregate performance metrics, kept to operate, secure and bill the service.
    • Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus limited analytics described below.

  2. 02How we use information

    We use the information above to:

    • Provide, maintain and improve the rendering service and dashboard.
    • Authenticate you, meter usage and process billing and credits.
    • Monitor performance, prevent abuse and keep the platform secure.
    • Respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
    • Comply with legal obligations.

  3. 03How we share information

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf and where required by law:

    • Infrastructure and hosting providers that run the platform.
    • A payment processor that handles subscriptions and billing.
    • Error-monitoring and analytics providers, limited to operational data.
    • Authorities, where disclosure is legally required, and acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

  4. 04Cookies and analytics

    We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you authenticated. We use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  5. 05Data retention

    We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Rendered images and request logs are retained while needed to operate the cache and the service, and analytics events are pruned on a rolling retention window. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

  6. 06Security

    We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, scoped and expiring API tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

  7. 07International transfers

    Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

  8. 08Your rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these from your account settings or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

  9. 09Children

    PixelDrive is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

  10. 10Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
